Is Shipping Free?
We do provide free shipping for orders with at least 12 items and request you provide a business/commercial shipping address. Smaller orders will be charged exact shipping.
Where do you ship?
We ship everywhere in the mainland United States.
How long does an order take to arrive?
Once payment is received, shipping time is usually 2 weeks depending on the size of the order. Peak season is November-December so shipping times as much as 3 weeks are possible.
What do I do if I don’t receive my order?
We track all orders from the moment they leave our warehouse. If your item doesn’t arrive on time, let us know and we’ll locate it for you.
What is your return policy?
All sales are final, and no returns are allowed unless damaged or an incorrect item was shipped. In these cases, all issues will be remedied with no cost to the customer.
The sheets are described as soft as 1800 thread count cotton sheets. What is the actual thread count?
The actual thread count is much higher than, say 1800 traditional cotton sheets. This is because these sheets are made of a synthetic microfiber yarn which is smaller than regular cotton threads. Because of this technology, thread count for microfiber sheets does not correlate directly to traditional cotton sheets. That’s why it is advertised as soft as 1800 thread count cotton sheets. Bottom line, these sheets are VERY soft!
How deep are the fitted sheets? Will they fit large, pillow top mattresses?
The pocket depth of the fitted sheets is 16 inches.
How much should my group sell the sheets and pillows for?
That is totally up to you. Most groups sell in the $40-$45 price range.
Is the price different for different sizes of sheets or pillows?
The cost to you is $27 per item regardless of size. We suggest setting your selling price for all products at a single price. This makes the payment collection and profit calculation much simpler.
